I added $500 cash money to my PayPal acct at my local Walmart bu generating a code on my phone and the lady did the transaction and I got a receipt showing that it was approved. That was on March 23. And it has yet to show up in my acct. Even though it says it should be there in 10 - 15 minutes. Now with this Covid 19 they are limited to C S R's and not taking phone calls. Only doing the messaging, which takes forever. Snf bu the time someone comes on it is someone totally different than the previous one and they want me to start from the beginning and break it down for them...again. I'm about to lose my mind and I don't know what yo do. I am a single mom of a teenage boy, and we NEED OUR MONEY! Has anyone else had this problem? Please help someone give me suggestions as to what I can do just to solve this problem and get my money. Thank you so much.
