I have messaged 4 different people at paypal non customer service.
My issue is, I needed to change my address linked to my visa but couldn't so I unlinked the card and tried to relink it. It kept saying invalid card number. I contacted my bank and they say that they recieved the linking request from paypal and approved it. However it still doesn;'t show up on paypal. Every non customer service agent has told me I am either entering the wrong number or my bank is the problem. One agent even said he was transfering me to the "special team" to look in to it and asked me to stay online, I waited for 50 minutes and never heard from him or anyone else again.
I have cleared my cache and cookies and tried a different browser. nothing works. Called bank again and they confirmed that the request was recieved and cleared.
