Linking bankaccount issues (Belgium)

Hey guys, I'm having a few issues linking my bank account. I filled in my IBAN numbers and pressed on agree & link and it suddenly gave me this error with the following message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later". This has been going on for months now. Can someone please help me? Because I'm kind of clueless now.
