A friend sent me some money. I try to accept it and it takes me to a page that says I need to set up a PayPal Cash account. So I do that, try to add it to PayPal directly and it sends me to a page that says nothing but
done_page.title.content.need_more_data
And a button that says nearly the same thing, or "Do This Later". No matter what I press, it goes back to the Summary Page and doesn't accept it.
