IBAN Invalid in Cyprus

I have just setup a business account and am stumped at the first hurdle: PayPal will not accept a valid IBAN number. I verified my number through https://www.iban.com/iban-checker so I know it is correct. I need a resolution ASAP because I cannot execute transactions.

 

I have browsed this and other forums for a solution but, since it is an internal function of PayPal's (inadequate) systems development, I can go no further.

 

I need an immediate resolution.

Just realised what I have done wrong: I should have signed up with WorldPay.
