I don't seem to be able to withdraw the money from paypal to my bank account

I've been trying few times to withdraw money from my paypal account to my personnal bank account but to no avail.

I followed the instructions : - wallet then click transfer money then when I click to transfer amount it says 0.00US$ and 

"check your details and try again.

I would appreciate some help.

Click on that amount and enter what you want to withdraw.
