I am following an online tutorial and instructions from Paypal to transfer money loaded unto a paypal prepaid card into my paypal account balance. After linking the card, I am told to go under Wallet -> Transfer Funds -> Add Money from Online and choose my card as a source of funds. However, I do not see my card as an option, only my bank.
Why is this the case? How can I proceed to do this? I know it's possible as I have done it before and others have too from online experiences.
