How I can get my money back

Hello? I need your help, last month I was added my credit card to my paypal account in order to confirm it then the card was out of $ 1.95 for one time, I had approved for three times. total of money is 5.85$ , Please help me if you know how I can get my money back? Thank you!

x1 fee would be credited back when you confirmed it, but may take up to 30 days to go back to your card.

The other 2 if un-used would time out at 30 days (longer in some countries) and go back to that card.
