It sounds like you are looking to add a new card to your PayPal account. 

Here’s how to add a credit or debit card to your PayPal account: 

- Click Wallet near the top of the page.

- Click Link a card under "Credit and debit cards".

- Select your card type and enter the required information.

- Click Save.
