Help changing currency from European to American and I can't find my WALLET

I'm hoping somebody can please help me support told me to look for my wallet to be able to change currency over I cannot find where it says my wallet anywhere. I logged in via the browser and I still could not find it and then where she says there's a menu I couldn't find a menu I only found a more please help

Lift your eyes 10 cms to the top of this page and WALLET is in the blue band at the top, 5th icon along > click on it and log in.
