I am having trouble adding my prepaid MasterCard to PayPal. What I am doing is going to Wallet > Link a Debit or Credit Card > Putting in all the card information > Click done then it doesn't work and says "Your card has been declined by your card provider. Please try a different card or contact your card provider." I am not sure if this is a problem with activating it or something. I just need some help.
