Hi, I have encountered this problem last day on the same day I have made this account. I have tried to link my GCASH Mastercard to this account but was declined. I have tried it three times. However, i was notified by GCASH that my GCASH wallet was deducted 48.11 pesos thrice also. Shoul i ask for a refund from Paypal? i have sent a ticket to GCASH already but i hear no response coming form them.
