Currency conversion options (for cards)

Hello, I would like to ask where I shall find the currency conversion options for my payment cards to choose between those possibilities:

1) The PayPal currency conversion process (to use PayPal's conversion process to complete my transaction using my card's currency)

or

2)The MasterCard and Visa currency conversion process (to bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice)
