I had received $25 from buying $100 worth of crypto. But when i went to purchase an item using my paypal account (The offer said it would automatically apply on eligible items), it charged my paypal balance instead and the $25 offer disappeared!
The item cost $15 so i would have leftover money for the offer if it was used, but instead money was taken out of my paypal balance.
