I linked my card to one of my pay pal account but later unlinked it and also closed the account so that i can link the card to the account i want to use, but it kept saying can't link this card that it has already been link to another pay pal account that i should remove the card. But i did remove the card and an email was sent saying that i have removed my card from my pay pal account but when i login to my other pay pal account to link the same card it continues rejecting it
