Cannot remove bank from Paypal profile

When I click on "Remove Bank", I get the error message: 

"We can't remove this bank right now".

What is going on?  Nobody helps me.  Support will not answer me.  I had to write a letter to Paypal Corporate.  I wonder if they will answer?

I'm having the exact same problem and I'm also being ignored by PayPal.
