Can't withdraw money

My account was limited and then restored less than 24 hours ago but I can't withdraw money. Please advise

I was limited and then account was restored last night by email at 7pm. I tried withdrawing funds earlier and it said there was a problem an cannot withdraw. Do I have to wait a period of time from being restored to being able to withdraw money? Thanks

If your account was restored there shouldn’t be any issues. It could be something to do with your bank/card account. Is your billing address the same as on your PayPal account, have you verified your ban account/card with 4 digit code? Try removing account/card and adding again
