Can't update and link my Commbank account

Hey, anyone know how to link my Commbank account? 

I've had the account for 10+ years.

For some reason, Paypal unlinked my Commbank account from my account.

I've tried countless times to add it using "Link an Australian bank account". 

Error = "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later."

I've called and spoken to an agent who gave me the collection dept. 

I am in the US just now and not convenient to call. 

Any other way this can be done? 

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all then paypal remove the link between your bank and paypal to stop you using it again.

They do this so there is no risk of it happening again and force you to use the safer option (for paypal) of a card.

This is because transfers from bank accounts are never instant, that is why when you buy something paypal credit the seller upfront for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer to pay them back again, this is so you get your item without delay.
But if when they go to take the funds it results in a negative balance then they make you use the card option in future.
