Can’t accept money

My summary says I have money waiting and every time I try to accept it, to transfer to my debit card it says I need to link the card, which I’ve done 20+ times and it’ll say the card is linked and nothing else and the money is not in my account.

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement once added?

Have you verified your email address?

Were the funds sent in your currency or another?
