I am using something called Printful to drop ship clothing. The customer pays me the full price through paypal and then printful take their cut from my PayPal and fulfilling the order. I received a payment today and it was put on hold because my account is fairly new. Whilst the payment was put on hold, Printful was still able to collect their amount from my Paypal account. Were they able to take this from the on-hold payment? I didn't have any other funds in the account so I'm confused as to where Printful were able to get the full payment from?
