Can I link my Cdn bank card for BOTH Canada and US web purchases?

I’ve tested my link for US web purchases - works well, I trust that it - now I want my new bank card to be linked for BOTH Canada and US web purchases. Is it possible?

You can link most of the eligible cards to your PayPal wallet to fund payments. Find out more information from the link below:
