Buy Crypto from Business Account??

I'm trying to buy crypto from my Business account, but have been unable to access that page functionality.  Even the HELP search results given from "getting started with crypto ..." fail, and return a blank screen.  Is this because I am logged in to business account (versus personal account)?

Same Here.  I suspect we're ineligible with a business  or merchant account.

Can we switch our account back to a personal account? I'm no longer using it for business at all anyways.
