The 4 digit code sent to bank account, never shows in the internet banking screen. I check with the bank
real time and they said nothing arrived from paypal.
i call the customer service, put me on hold for 90 minutes, the manager trying to do something about it
and hangs up. I call again, waiting for 30 minutes, the manager refuses to talk to me and said will call back
within 10 minutes. Of course he didnt.
After the weekend I call them again, the manager that i spoke to last week says he is in lunch
but will be back in one hour and call me. Of course he didnt. I call back in three hours and the
manager refuses to talk to me on the phone. Some guy said that if I write a statement about
what happened to my account he can release the funds. I did it. he said it will be released right away.
Still nothing.
The manager's name is WILL.
