Hello, @Parth12. Thanks for taking the time to add your concern here on the PayPal Community Forum. It sounds like you may have had difficulty linking and/or confirming a bank account on your PayPal account. I'm sorry if that's the case, but I hope this information is helpful.
If you received the two small deposits to confirm your bank account, you would only need to log on to your PayPal account and enter those numbers to complete the confirmation process. Please check https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/-faq3045 for more information on how to do that.
If you tried to enter the two amounts, but that was not successful, it's possible PayPal's Security System disabled the bank account temporarily. That happens if the wrong amounts are entered too many times. If that applies, please log on t to your PayPal account, click Contact at the bottom of any page and then select the topic that best fits your concern to see options to communicate securely with Customer Service. That will be necessary if the bank account has been disabled.
