Recently my American Express got expired so I got a new one. I removed the old expired one and when I was going to put in the new American Express to my Paypal account, It says that It's not accepted. Why? Am I doing something wrong? I checked a million times already if I typed in something wrong, but I didn't. It's just not getting accepted. What am I doing wrong? I am from Croatia (Europe). Help please.
