Adding payoneer account and remitly account

I m adding my payoneer and remitly bank details but the error is coming we can't add your bank account try agiain later

Paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.

What aboit remitly How can i send payment through remitly they are not accepting that too
