My Problem: "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." I remove the Visa card before I deleted my old account a month ago. And now, i can't add the card on my account. I don't know how to email to Paypal. My English is not good to call Paypal. Thank you!
