I got an email from Paypal titled" reminder: We've noticed some changes to your usual selling activities. Cas ID # xxx.. The body of the email said that my security questions and answers were changed and to log on and go to resolution center. If I we've noticed some changes to your usual account activities. Case ID # xxx..."... not take care of this, my account would be closed.
Has anyone else got anything similar?
First of all, I have not sold anything on ebay or gotten another payment in over two years.second form of identification.
I went to Paypal. There was no such numbered case.
There were new security questions and other account options including a n option for second form of authentication which I think is a good idea.
I feel this was sent by Paypal to scare me to update account security.
I find it poor behavior to get me to update my info.
I had never received an earlier email just asking me to update my security information
