I am furious. I dont usually rant but honestly had to take the time (yet even more time spent on this lousy service) to vent and tell how disspointed I am with Paypal. I am a top tier client, I pay for everything via Paypal, at least I did. I am going to close my account because they have been such a pain to deal with. I've never held so long only to speak to someone in India (didnt speak English) and then to be hung upon. Anyone else have this issue? I am so mad, I honesty think my blood pressure has peaked out. Who has time to follow up with this ridiculous process! Hours spent to try and obtain a refund from a Ebay Seller who sold a fake bag (Paypal found the complaint in my favor) only to have a fake address provided from the seller and then the case extended while holding up my funds (not a small amount.) Furious!!!!!!!!!
