Please add Myanmar / Burma to Countries dropdown

 Hello,

Now that Myanmar (Burma) is no longer a sanctioned country, can you please add it to the Countries dropdown.

Also can you please add Visa and Mastercards issued by Myanmar banks to your list of recognised card prefixes?
