Overcharged

On feb16 I bought a 15 dollar item and PayPal too 58.25 from my credit card for this purchase I called the phone number no person will talk to me.

Did you have a negative balance at the time you purchased that item?

If so they would take the payment for the item + money to clear the neg balance at the same time.
