Since this is THE online payment utility and has been for about twenty years, why can't we CHAT with customer service? Why do you FORCE us to call?
WHY do I have a "PayPal" balance that does me no good unless I spend A WEEK "transferring" funds to the account that is already associated with my paypal? That sould be INSTANTANEOUS and in fact I KNOW THAT IT IS INSTANT.
But PAYPAL FORCES CONSUMERS TO WAIT FOR A WEEK FOR OUR OWN - NOT PAYPAL'S - OUR!!!!! MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PAYPAL, YOU ARE WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
