Canadian Debit Cards

Yadda yadda yadda I've read all the reasons PayPal Can't or won't attempt at giving Canadians the right to a Debit card but why can't I transfer my funds to my Credit Card instead of a Bank Account. This is a very simple money wire that any Bank such as a PayPal Bank account should be abble to do yet it is not offered to your clients in Canada. I would like to hear the excuse for this one? It's a simple payment from a bank account to a credit card come on tell us why it can't be done.

i cant add my canadian debit card to pay for anything only option is use a credit card , which i dont have any, paid them all out .now what the heck is up pay pal not canadian friendly ?we have money too
