I sold my computer via eBay and received the funds on January 24th. It is now February 20th, I have attempted 2 bank transfers to 2 separate Woodforest bank accounts and both reversed for unexplained reasons. Even after I spoke with a PayPal representative. Not to mention it takes forever for the system to update and tell you it is no longer pending. So in a rush to buy tickets to a concert I bought a PayPal Prepaid Card from my local store for their claims of "instant transfer from any PayPal account." The PayPal Prepaid app says the card cannot be activated from it (even after I activated it on PayPal.com/Prepaid.) And when I attempted to transfer the funds from the original PayPal app it says "Cannot Transfer Due to Risk." WHAT RISK? After the stress and hassle PayPal has put me through I will be deleting my account and never using them again. Hopefully this last attempt works because I've run out of options.
