limitations on my account which I have sent off paperwork for mean I cannot withdraw my money I asked a week ago for paypal to forget about my account shut it down and withdraw all my money to my bank acount, ive called twice now and all i get is rude disrespecfful "ADVISORS" all i want is my money that is owed to me im done with paypal and the shocking service. have asked for a call back from a manager as apperantly no managers are availalbe whenever i call up and i cannot talk to the releveant team dealing with my review. does anybody know how i can make an officail complaint about this or a better way to get MY money back to me. as far as I can tell at the moment I have no idea why they are keeping my money and why it is taking so long for a company as big as paypal to sort out and keep there customers happy. after this i certainly will not be ever using them again.

Until the paperwork is processed then paypal won't let withdraw your funds, and so close your account.
It can take a few weeks for limitations to be sorted.
If you go to section 14 of paypals user agreement there are options there on how to make a complaint.
Advice is voluntary.
