My bank account is verified but paypal acts like theres no bank account linked with my paypal account.They ask me to link my debit card.When i try to link my debit card paypal is showing that they are not able to verify my debit card.I called paypal and they said bank is not allowing the debit card to be used for paypal.But the bank said this debit card can be used for paypal to make purchases.Please help.
