Why can't I pay my Paypal Mastercard Bill?

I simply want to pay my bill on my paypal mastercard.  I have had to call customer service several times with the entire phone call taking over 30 minutes, just to resovle a problem to pay my bill.  Paypal customer service agent cannot seem to help until I ask to speak to a supervior who see that my bank acct is in the system on their side, however on my side the "customer" it tell me to add bank.  WTF I try to add the bank and it tells me that it is in the system.  So, once again on the phone for over 30 mins...I go through a poor automation system that cannot listen to what you are saying...you have to repeat yourself 4 or 5 times...even one of the customer service persons had to go thru it with me on the line repeating agent over 4 times before it would response to them.  After all the crap I was told they would fix it and I should not have a problem with it after the add my bank back to where I can see it on my side ...so i pay my bill.  Then later I go back to see if my bank account info is there. WTF!! It tells me to add my bank acct to the funding source! Really?? Does paypall mastercare even what to take my payment or NOT??? Frustrated with the CRAP!
