Limitation, no help at all, long reply, no attention at all

Good Day! if it is...

 

I`m about my experience of working with PayPal. The worst service via email and Facebook. Just worst of the ever seen in internet. 

 

So, i will start: 

On 21st of February i got Limitation on my Business account. No concreate reason why, what, or about... okay...

I messaged them that day, about limitations, as they say 24 hours to reply, maybe long. Okay 23rd of February, i logged to my acc, and i see this: 

Our decision is based on one of these reasons:

  • You provided information we believe false, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • You sent or received money that could be related to fraudulent activity.
  • You have more than one account with a negative balance
  • You are in violation of an agreement you have with PayPal such as the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity Agreement, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Lol, 4 reasons, they don`t know exactly which... Okay, finally after some days, i recieved response:

Okay, they want ID verif, documents and etc. No problem, but i went to my account and i see this:

As you  see, no checklist to do... Alright, i again send them the email, what i got that time:

The bots answer, alright that was good, i thought i was the end, no answer at all. 

From that email 1 month spent, i read articles about their Support and found Facebook page, I messaged them on 31st of March, they answered me on 3rd of April (nice, doesn`t it???)  And what they answered me: http://prntscr.com/ao3pjx

 

Well, just stupid answer, 180 days (take it to your...)
I messaged them there again, wanna see what they will response.

 

And today i checked my mailbox and what i saw:

Seriously??? Refund function, hahaha, nice troll. For what i need them? If i already did all stuff to my customers...

Again, no reason why, no concreate REASON.

 

I just need to withdraw money, if you don`t want to review my documents or to deal with me. I use and recieve payments about 2 years and weren`t any problems. No disputed since 6 months...


This is the last place i hope will be answered normally....

Suggest you contact customer services.

 

However if you read option 2 it says you can withdraw your funds after 180 days.

I`m not leaving in US and calling from my country is very expensive. And somehow my state is connected with US service... 

And i`m not satisfied with that 180 days, if it was good for me, i won`t start thread here or message them.
