I would like to give Kudos to Kenji, CSR #43395, for helping me straighten out my first international shipping order. I am BRAND new to PayPal and somehow the payment and shipping regulations and fees had me confused...Almost ALL day long. At the very last moment, when it seemed like I would have to wait another day to ship my order to the buyer, I was forced to call PayPal...for the third time! Kenji,the CSR that assisted me,was more than helpful! He expided my process and made it possible for me to make my shipping deadline.
