Feedback about your AWFUL approval process

You want some feedback about the process to request more information to get approved for PayPal Payments Pro? Here it is. I don't care if I posted this somewhere else. I'll shout as much as I have to to just get acknowledged because the CS I've been receiving from PayPal is disgraceful.

I have been trying to get the limitations of my PayPal account removed for three days now after signing up for PayPal Payments Pro and subsequently having my account limited with the following message: "We need some more information to help confirm your identity and finish processing your application." Alright.

I submitted two invoices, I was told it was insufficient. So I called PayPal. I was told to submit a signed invoice and a rate sheet and that my account would be cleared in an hour. Fine.

I call back after five hours, am told this was inaccurate and that they still need more information and that it will take within 24 hours. I was told to submit my invoices with itemized breakdowns of what my services were (services already on the rate sheet, by the way), this is after a second agent also has a difficult time communicating exactly what was needed.

I just got another E-mail back, PAYPAL STILL WANTS MORE INFORMATION. No explanation, no context, all I know is that PayPal apparently wants a letter head invoice - WHICH MAKES NO SENSE IF I'M AUTOMATING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING THROUGH PAYPAL.

I am now extremely worried about my account being suspended after the seven day period PayPal advised me about and need this escalated somehow. This has been an absolutely pathetic experience and PayPal should be ashamed if this is how it treats customers.

I will get as angry as I have to until this is resolved. It shouldn't be taking three days to get back the account that I'm still nonetheless paying $30 a month for.
