Looking over my PP account I can't make the overall fees add up.
I've long thought that I was being over charged but only now sat down and tried to work it out.
Taking a random month from 2015 I see the following.
Total Turnover 1740.22
- Delivery ??? (I presume that's Ebay fees - is it?) 186.28
- PP fees 70.21
That leaves a balance of 1483.73 after deductions.
At the bottom there's their balance figure of 1451.57 from Ebay & Website totals received after deductions.
Q? Where has the 32.16 gone?
If I'm right and I've been over charged how do I go about making a formal complaint to them?
