CAN'T WITHDRAW MONEY FROM ATM WITH MY MC SMARTCONNECT CARD.

Does anyone know why? I know to hit "checking" at the ATM but I can't even get it to give me 20.00. I can use it at a checkout at the store but I have to buy something and many of these stores don't give you more than 20-40 dollars...it's very frustrating...HELP ME IFU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG PLEASE!!! Thank you.
