The beta version of shipping does not offer a USPS padded flat-rate envelope as an option in the drop-down menu. This envelope is used by us and by many others every day for many shipments. By not having this option available, PAYPAL IS LOSING MONEY - Because I then have to go to another company to purchase shipping using the correct envelope.
