I am highly disappointed that Paypal is fine with allowing people to send out $0 invoices with links to their websites and "special offers" I do not want to get spam invoices and when I contacted Paypal about the problem I was told there was not a dept for spam invoices and I should just disregard it.
This is a HUGE hole in your very tight security and has the potential to upset a lot of people. It will not take long for the porn, malware, etc bots to figure this out.
It is not okay to send out mass $0 invoices to push a product or service. Its not what the invoicing system was set up for and it is a problem.
Please fix this.
