i called paypal/ebay/gemoneybank 87:30 ago and have been on hold for fully 70 of tyhose minutes. i haven't heard any noise on the line for 20+ minutes, but i keep on holding because the guy named leslie with the indian accent said he was going tyo hold on the line whiler he transferred me.

these people are patently evil. any company affiliated with the mafia front company called ge capital is as evil as they are. why can't i setup autopay on my ebay credit card? so they can charge a monthly fine! why won't they refund money to the card which it was taken from??????? this is the worst company i have ever done business with and i have instructed my techs to only order from ebay if it is an emergency. what else can a person do when they are up against a multinational offshore corporation???

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way and would be happy to assist you with your questions today.

If you made the original payment with a credit card through PayPal, any refunds would automatically credit back to the card used. Please note that although PayPal initiates the refund immediately, it can take your card issuer up to 30 days to post that refund back to your account.

As for autopay and the eBay credit card, I would recommend submitting this feedback to Synchrony Bank (the company that issues these cards and determines how customers can pay).
