I have used Paypal for years for private purchases and never had any issues. I have a bank account and a credit card linked to my account.
The past few weeks I have been working for a client and because he lives in a different country, we decided to do the payment process via Paypal instead of bank transfer because it makes things a bit more straight forward. My problem is, that the finance department of my client replied, that my account seems to be not real name authenticated and they are therefore hesitant to do the transfer.
My question is, how can i verify my account in that way or are these safety standards that only business accounts offer?
