Been trying to login to my paypal but it keeps saying sorry we couldn't verify its you.

Have you been using your paypal account for long, is it a new problem?

Are you a resident of Kenya with a Kenyan paypal account?

Are you abroad and trying to use it internationally at the moment?

Am a Kenyan residing in kenya. The problem started after I connected my paypal to my mpesa and I just started to actively use the account recently

Because you haven't used the account for a while paypal may want to verify its you ie via a text to your phone that is linked to your paypal account etc.

Your best bet is to give them a call to see what you can provide to resolve things.
