I have citizenship and live in Belarus.
A year ago opened a business in Estonia under the program "e-residency", now want to open a corporate paypal account.

Please help me, how to do this correctly and what documents i will need.
I'm afraid to break and be blocked.

You have a Russian paypal account, you can only use that if you actually live in Russia.

If you are living in Estonia then open an Estonian account and close the Russian one.

Im resident in Tunisia and I intend to open a business trough e-residence in estonia. Im not residient in Estonia but e-resident.

Can I open a paypal account with my e-residence business card?

Is that possible?
