I have a +-2002 Paypal account which I used years ago to purchase books & software. Then 2011 I lost my job and lost everything that went with it too, I lost my domains (both the domains Paypal uses for password recovery) and I lost my cell phone numbers too (which Paypal also uses for password recovery) ... I cannot log in to that old Paypal profile, I cannot delete it from my FNB online banking profile either ... no help available from Paypal, the only way I can get here is to create a new Paypal account with new details, but now I cannot link this new Paypal account because the inaccessible one is already linked and I cannot access it to edit it or delete it
how can I get someone in Paypal to update the details of the old account so that I can use it?
or how do you delete an account you cannot log in to?
