Why can’t I email costumer support

The mic on my phone is broken so I can’t call. And I can’t login to my main account for some reason it says that there’s been too many attempts and I haven’t tried to login over and over to make that happen.. So when I try to contact support it wants me to login... and every time i try to use the chat feature it ays tt there are no live agents available.. im about fed the **bleep** up with this **bleep**ing app. But sadly there are too many reasons i need to use it because people can’t get with the program and stop using this out dated piece of **bleep** site.. I also tried responding to old emails from past issues ive had on here and you guessed it... doesn’t work. So anyone have an idea outside of calling that will work?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
